Your tasks
- Telephone customer service
- Sales – in-house staff
- Order acceptance
- EDP input
- Coordination with seaports
- Price negotiations with transport companies
- Freight invoices
- TRUCK/BARGE/RAIL scheduling
Your profile
- Focus on ORDER ACCEPTANCE/ORDER PROCESSING of TRANSPORT SERVICES/CONTAINERS/LCL/Breakbulk
- Completed commercial vocational training in the forwarding or shipping industry
- Expert knowledge in the field of maritime shipping – Preferably experience in an international environment
- A pronounced service awareness
- Good command of English
- Team spirit

- Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably CARGOSOFT
