Our apprentice Murad Özbay has successfully completed his training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk and is now working in Customer Service at WCL. As a proven expert in the organization of freight forwarding and logistics, he will now play a key role in the smooth running of our operational processes. Forwarding and logistics specialists like Murad Özbay are responsible for the precise organization of goods shipments, the efficient handling of goods and professional warehousing.
His ability to competently advise and support customers on packaging issues as well as complaints and damage reports is particularly noteworthy. Murad Özbay successfully demonstrated this expertise during his training and will now put it to full use with us.
